Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Manager of Change Management to develop and execute employee-focused change strategies supporting complex business, process, and technology transformations. You’ll partner with senior leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to drive adoption and improve organizational effectiveness.

You’ll lead stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, training, adoption, and reinforcement across initiatives while minimizing disruption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Human Resources, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in change management, organizational development, or a closely related discipline.
• Experience leading change management efforts for complex, cross-functional, enterprise-wide transformations.
• Demonstrable success developing change strategies, driving stakeholder engagement, managing organizational risk, and achieving adoption.
• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, analytical, project management, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence leaders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies for complex initiatives that impact employees, leaders, processes, and systems.
• Lead change planning and execution across multiple initiatives: stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, training, adoption, and reinforcement.
• Lead portfolio-level coordination of change impacts, capacity, sequencing, dependencies, and major decision points.
• Partner with senior leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to align change efforts with business priorities and program milestones.
• Assess organizational impacts, readiness, risks, stakeholder needs, and adoption barriers to inform engagement and mitigation strategies.
• Establish and monitor change effectiveness measures using qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate outcomes.
• Mentor change practitioners and strengthen internal change management tools and practices.
