Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Manager of Change Management to develop and execute employee-focused change strategies supporting complex business, process, and technology transformations. You will partner with senior leaders, project teams, and business stakeholders to drive adoption, improve organizational effectiveness, and help employees successfully navigate change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in change management or related discipline.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide change initiatives across multiple programs.
• Proven ability to influence leaders and drive employee adoption.
• Certifications such as PROSCI, PMP, CCMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies for complex initiatives.
• Lead change planning and execution across multiple programs and initiatives.
• Coordinate change impacts, readiness, and milestones at portfolio level.
