Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Manager of Change Management to develop and execute employee-focused strategies during complex business, process, and technology transformations. You will partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive adoption and improve organizational effectiveness across multiple initiatives.

You’ll lead stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, training, and adoption efforts while minimizing disruption and maximizing outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Communications, HR, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive change management experience in enterprise-wide transformations.
• Experience leading change management for cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies for complex initiatives, programs and transformations.
• Lead change planning and execution across multiple initiatives including stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, training, adoption and reinforcement.
• Coordinate portfolio-level change impacts, capacity, sequencing, dependencies, and major decision points.
• Partner with senior leaders and project teams to align change efforts with business priorities and program milestones.
• Assess impacts, readiness, risks, stakeholder needs and adoption barriers to inform engagement and mitigation.
• Establish and monitor change effectiveness measures using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Mentor change practitioners and contribute to Marvin’s change management capability.
