Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Manager of Change Management to develop and execute employee-focused strategies for complex business, process, and technology transformations. You will partner with senior leaders and teams to drive adoption, improve organizational effectiveness, and support employees through change.

This role requires deep expertise in change management and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Communications, HR, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in change management or related discipline.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide change initiatives across functions and systems.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills with leadership influence.
• Certifications such as PROSCI, PMP, CCMP, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies for complex initiatives, programs, and transformations.
• Lead change planning and execution across multiple initiatives including stakeholder engagement, readiness, training, adoption, and reinforcement.
• Coordinate portfolio-level change impacts, capacity, sequencing, dependencies, and major decision points.
• Partner with senior leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to align change efforts with business priorities and milestones.
• Assess impacts, readiness, risks, and adoption barriers to inform engagement and mitigation strategies.
• Establish and monitor change effectiveness measures using qualitative and quantitative data.
