Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Manager of Change Management to develop and execute employee-focused change strategies supporting complex business, process, and technology transformations. You will partner with senior leaders, project teams and stakeholders to drive adoption and improve organizational effectiveness.

You will lead engagement, communications, training, readiness, and adoption across initiatives while minimizing disruption and maximizing outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in change management, organizational development, or a closely related discipline.
• Experience leading change management efforts for complex, cross-functional enterprise transformations.
• Professional certifications such as PROSCI, PMP, CCMP, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies for complex initiatives that impact employees, leaders, processes and systems.
• Lead change planning and execution across multiple initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, training, adoption and reinforcement.
• Partner with senior leaders to align change efforts with business priorities and program milestones.
• Assess organizational impacts, readiness, risks, and adoption barriers to inform engagement and mitigation strategies.
• Establish and monitor change effectiveness measures using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Mentor change practitioners and strengthen Marvin’s change management capabilities.
