Job summary

Marvin is hiring a Manager of Change Management to develop and execute employee-focused strategies supporting complex business, process, and technology transformations. You’ll partner with senior leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to drive adoption and improve organizational effectiveness.

This role leads change planning and execution across multiple initiatives, guiding engagement, communications, readiness, training, adoption, and reinforcement while minimizing disruption and maximizing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Communications, HR, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in change management, organizational development, or a closely related discipline.
• Experience leading change management efforts for complex, cross-functional, enterprise-wide transformations.
• Professional certifications such as PROSCI, PMP, CCMP, or equivalent.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies for complex initiatives affecting employees, leaders, processes, and systems.
• Lead change planning and execution across multiple initiatives including engagement, communications, readiness, training, adoption, and reinforcement.
• Coordinate portfolio-level change impacts, capacity, sequencing, dependencies, and major decision points across initiatives.
• Partner with senior leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to align change efforts with business priorities and milestones.
• Assess readiness, risks, stakeholder needs, and adoption barriers to inform targeted engagement and mitigation strategies.
• Establish and monitor change effectiveness measures using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Mentor change practitioners and contribute to Marvin’s change management capability.
