Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Manager of Change Management to develop and execute employee-focused change strategies across complex business, process, and technology transformations. You will partner with senior leaders and project teams to drive adoption and improve organizational effectiveness through engagement, communications, training, readiness, and adoption efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Human Resources, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in change management, organizational development, or related discipline.
• Experience leading change management efforts for complex, enterprise-wide transformations.
• Certifications in PROSCI, PMP, CCMP or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies for complex initiatives impacting employees, leaders, processes, and systems.
• Lead change planning and execution across multiple initiatives, including engagement, communications, readiness, training, adoption, and reinforcement.
• Coordinate change impacts, capacity, sequencing, dependencies, and major decision points across initiatives at portfolio level.
• Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to align change efforts with business priorities and program milestones.
• Assess impacts, readiness, risks, stakeholder needs, and adoption barriers to inform engagement and mitigation.
