Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Manager of Change Management to develop and execute employee-focused change strategies for complex business, process, and technology transformations. You will partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive adoption and improve organizational effectiveness across initiatives.

You’ll lead change planning, communications, readiness, training, and adoption efforts, while mentoring practitioners and strengthening Marvin’s capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Human Resources, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in change management, organizational development, or related discipline.
• Experience leading change management for complex, cross-functional enterprise-wide transformations.
• Proven ability to develop change strategies, drive stakeholder engagement, manage risk, and achieve employee adoption.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies for complex initiatives impacting employees, leaders, processes, and systems.
• Lead change planning and execution across multiple initiatives including stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, training, adoption, and reinforcement.
• Coordinate portfolio-level change impacts, capacity, sequencing, dependencies, and major decision points across initiatives.
• Partner with senior leaders and project teams to align change efforts with business priorities and program milestones.
• Assess impacts, readiness, risks, stakeholder needs, and adoption barriers to inform targeted engagement and mitigation strategies.
• Establish and monitor change effectiveness measures using data to evaluate outcomes and inform improvements.
• Mentor change practitioners and contribute to Marvin’s change management capability.
