Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Manager of Change Management to develop and execute employee-focused change strategies supporting complex business, process, and technology transformations. You’ll partner with senior leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to drive adoption and organizational effectiveness.

You’ll lead stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, training, adoption, and reinforcement across initiatives while mentoring practitioners and strengthening Marvin’s change capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Human Resources, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in change management, organizational development, or a closely related discipline.
• Experience leading change management efforts for complex, cross-functional, enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Demonstrated success developing change strategies, driving stakeholder engagement, and achieving adoption across diverse groups.
• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, analytical, project management, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies for complex initiatives that impact employees, leaders, processes, and systems.
• Lead change planning and execution across multiple initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, training, adoption, and reinforcement activities.
• Lead portfolio-level coordination of change impacts, capacity, sequencing, dependencies, and major decision points across initiatives.
• Partner with senior leaders, project teams, and business stakeholders to align change efforts with business priorities and program milestones.
• Assess organizational impacts, readiness, risks, stakeholder needs, and adoption barriers to inform targeted engagement and mitigation strategies.
• Establish and monitor change effectiveness measures using qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate outcomes and recommend improvements.
• Mentor change practitioners and strengthen Marvin’s change management capabilities.
