PDS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, IT Enterprise Applications to oversee the strategy, governance, and delivery of enterprise applications across the organization. You will align technology solutions with business objectives and lead a team of functional and technical professionals to optimize investments.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, drive standardized practices, and manage integrations while ensuring security, compliance, and performance across platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise app management, IT strategy, or business systems.
• 4+ years of leadership experience managing ERP/CRM/HRIS/ITSM teams.
• Experience aligning technology with business goals and stakeholder needs.
• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience in lieu.

• Define and execute an enterprise application strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Establish governance frameworks, best practices, and standards for application management.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable, enterprise-wide solutions.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering innovation and efficiency.
• Ensure enterprise applications align with IT architecture, security, and compliance standards.
• Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of enterprise applications.
• Manage system integrations across platforms using APIs, middleware, and data exchanges.
• Ensure application performance, reliability, and scalability through proactive maintenance.
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to drive enhancements and issue resolution.
• Implement automation, analytics, and reporting capabilities to improve business operations.
• Define and enforce governance policies for enterprise application usage and configuration.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, data security, and privacy policies.
• Lead application lifecycle management, including upgrades, releases, and retirements.
• Optimize application licensing, costs, and resource utilization to maximize ROI.
