Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Business or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years leading enterprise applications in mid-sized orgs.
• Hands-on Workday, Salesforce, and ERP experience preferred.
• Proven change management and budget oversight capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise application strategy and roadmaps.
• Lead the Enterprise Applications team with clear priorities and accountability.
• Partner with business leaders to translate requirements into scalable tech solutions.
• Govern and optimize application portfolio, security, and data quality.
