Job summary

Community Behavioral Health seeks a Senior Director of IT Applications to lead CBH's enterprise applications portfolio and evolve the SDLC framework. You will partner with the CIO and business stakeholders to align technology with clinical, financial, and administrative goals.

Responsibilities include building a high-performing applications organization, managing vendor relationships, and delivering secure, reliable solutions with governance and accountability. Philadelphia residency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, software engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Proven expertise in establishing and maturing SDLC processes.
• Experience with enterprise applications delivery, integrations, and vendor management.
• Healthcare IT experience, especially claims processing or clinical systems.
• Philadelphia residency requirement and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational and talent development for CBH's enterprise applications.
• Partner with executives and clinical/operational leaders to translate priorities into technology solutions.
• Develop and govern enterprise SDLC strategy and framework.
• Provide end-to-end oversight of mission-critical applications and vendor relationships.
