Job summary

Leading a team of 5–10 across NY regions, you will drive SDLC governance, platform currency, and incident management while mentoring staff and enabling career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field; or 6 years of related work experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and high customer expectations.
• Experience leading technical staff and budgeting, with strong people skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT staff responsible for new applications and updates to existing production systems.
• Develop relationships with business stakeholders to understand operating processes, challenges, and strategic plans to align technology.
• Govern and oversee the SDLC (eSDLC) within the team, guiding analysis, design, development, and deployment of software.
• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of strategic technical solutions for the application portfolio.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve high performance and professional growth.
