Job summary

Community Behavioral Health seeks a Senior Director, IT Applications to lead the enterprise applications portfolio, SDLC governance, and vendor partnerships. You will drive strategy, delivery, and security across clinical, operational, financial, and administrative systems in a regulated healthcare setting.

Reporting to the CIO, you will build a high-performing team, collaborate with clinical and business leaders, and ensure timely, compliant releases with measurable performance and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field required.
• Master’s degree or relevant advanced professional credentials preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise applications strategy and SDLC governance.
• Partner with CIO and leadership to prioritize investments and modernize the portfolio.
• Oversee vendor relationships, security, testing, and change-management across the application landscape.
