MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Analytics to translate data into strategic insights that drive guest engagement, performance, and growth. You will lead a team responsible for enterprise-wide reporting, work with corporate and property stakeholders, and advance measurement capabilities.

This leadership role emphasizes building dashboards, ensuring data quality, and partnering across Brand Marketing, IT, and operations to deliver impactful analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 2+ years of advanced professional web analytics experience.
• Experience with digital analytics, product environments, and dashboards preferred.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into analytics solutions and dashboards.
• Experience in hospitality, entertainment, or retail industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team; oversee ad-hoc analyses, reporting workflows, and project timelines.
• Manage analytics reporting for key KPIs across e-commerce, marketing performance, and digital behavior for MGM Resorts brands.
• Serve as the primary analytics contact for stakeholders—tracking, prioritizing, and managing analytics implementation requests.
• Partner with Brand Marketing, Property Marketing, IT, Content, and other teams to gather requirements and align analytics solutions with business needs.
• Support tag management and user acceptance testing to ensure data quality across multiple platforms.
• Produce clear, insightful reporting that answers critical business questions and drives strategic recommendations.
• Evaluate analytics tools, features, and measurement strategies to enhance our data collection and reporting ecosystem.
