Job summary

You will work with SQL, R, Python, Tableau and BigQuery to build analyses and dashboards, communicate findings to senior leaders, and mentor junior analysts in analytics methods and tooling. Hybrid schedule in Las Vegas required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college.
• 2+ years of professional work experience.
• Advanced skills in querying, analyzing, and visualizing large data sets with SQL and at least one of R, Python, VBA, SAS; proficient in Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Interact with senior leaders to refine analytics requests and identify business opportunities.
• Conduct rigorous analytics to improve profitability, operations, and customer service.
• Distill large datasets into actionable insights and present findings to senior management.
• Lead analytics projects and support junior analysts in technical skills and presentation material.
• Develop reporting for operating departments to track trends and performance drivers.
• Use SQL, R, Tableau, Python, and BigQuery to build analytics tools and dashboards.
• Propose improvements to drive efficiencies in processes and reporting.
• Collaborate on cross-Analytics team projects and mentor analysts.
