You will guide analytics strategy, partner with Marketing COE, and ensure data-driven decision making with robust dashboards and frameworks.

The role requires a strong technical background in data migration, integration, and transformation, plus experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and BI tools.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree required; 4+ years of leadership in analytics or a related field.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple initiatives, and deliver data-driven insights.

Responsabilidades

Lead analytics team to provide insights that maximize marketing profitability and loyalty.
Collaborate with Marketing leaders on KPI development, A/B testing, and reporting.
Oversee data migration, integration, and transformation across platforms like Databricks.
