You will champion advanced analytics, develop scalable reporting, mentor junior analysts, and steer cross-functional initiatives that improve profitability and customer service. This role requires executive-level communication and a proven leadership track record in analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field;5+ years of experience;strong casino industry acumen;advanced analytics and reporting skills;proficiency in SQL and at least one language (R/VBA/SAS/Python);experience in data visualization tools like Tableau or MicroStrategy;excellent communication and leadership abilities

Responsibilities
