Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of professional work experience.
• Demonstrated business acumen for the casino industry.
• Advanced skills in querying, analyzing, and visualizing large data sets; proficiency in SQL and one or more languages (R, VBA, SAS, Python).
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present to senior management.
• Willingness to quickly learn relevant database applications and software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while delivering accurate work.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Interact with senior leaders to refine analysis requests and pursue business opportunities.
• Conduct objective analytics to improve profitability and operations.
• Distill datasets into actionable insights for decisions.
• Develop materials for senior management presentations and mentor junior analysts.
• Participate in discussions with clients and drive strategic project development.
• Support operating departments with trend and performance reporting.
• Use SQL, R, Tableau, Google BigQuery, Python to build analytics tools; Excel/PowerPoint proficiency.
• Propose improvements to drive efficiency in reporting.
• Lead cross-team analytics projects and train junior staff.
