Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant data science experience with AI/ML model development.
• Experience in agile or sprint-based environments is preferred.
• Hospitality, retail, or customer-service domain experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve AI/ML models to improve personalization strategies.
• Munge, normalize, engineer features, and orchestrate model deployment.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Loyalty, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Design experiments, evaluate models, and monitor performance against KPIs.
• Contribute to CI/CD for data science workflows and mentor teammates.
