Job summary

Core & Main is seeking a senior leader to grow the Engineered Valve product grouping within the WTP & WWTP market segment. You will work with sales teams, technical staff, and executives to pursue profitable opportunities, develop leads, and lead negotiations for new customer opportunities when Engineered Valve components are involved.

You will also guide pre-bid strategies across regions, ensuring timely, best-in-class proposals and alignment with brands and reps.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in waterworks industry.
• 7+ years experience with direct management of estimating managers.
• 5+ years experience overseeing multiple states and estimating/pre-bid teams.

Responsibilities

• Develops training and support for Pre-Bid and Estimating teams on treatment plant projects.
• Meets with regional sales and leadership to implement improvements and best practices.
• Determines market opportunities and alignment across territories for valve brands and reps.
• Develops market strategies and sales goals for vendor partners.
• Provides direction on new product line viability and pricing strategies.
