Job summary

Core & Main LP seeks to expand the Engineered Valve product group within the WTP & WWTP market, driving opportunities through sales teams and market engagement. You will develop leads, participate in pre-proposal visits, and assist technical staff with proposals, while leading negotiations for new customers when Engineered Valve components are involved.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in waterworks industry.
• 7+ years experience in direct management of estimating managers.
• 5+ years experience overseeing multiple states and estimating/pre-bid teams.

Responsibilities

• Develops training support for pre-bid and estimating teams.
• Meets with regional sales leadership to implement improvements and best practices.
• Identify market opportunities for new products/services and align with brands.
• Develops market strategies and sales goals for vendor partners across territories.
• Provide direction and guidance for pricing strategies and new product line viability.
• Provide project management support or oversight where necessary.
