Qualifications

• 10+ years in waterworks industry.
• 7+ years managing estimating managers.
• 5+ years managing multiple states and estimating/pre-bid teams.

Responsibilities

• Develops training for pre-bid and estimating teams for treatment plant projects.
• Meets regional sales leadership to implement improvements and best practices.
• Determines market opportunities and aligns valves across brands and reps.
• Develops market strategies and sales goals for vendor partners.
• Guides new product line viability and timely product introductions.
• Supports pricing strategies and project management as needed.
