Qualifications

• 10+ years in waterworks industry.
• 7+ years experience in direct management of estimating managers.
• 5+ years experience overseeing multiple states and estimating/pre-bid teams.

Responsibilities

• Develops training support for Pre-Bid and Estimating teams for treatment plant projects.
• Meets with regional sales leadership to implement improvements and best practices.
• Identify market opportunities and align across territories with valve brands and reps.
• Develops market strategies and sales goals for vendor partners.
• Provide direction for new product line viability and timely introductions.
• Assist in pricing strategy development for new product lines.
• Provide project management support where necessary.
