Core & Main LP is seeking a senior leader to grow the Engineered Valve product grouping within the Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) markets. Qualifications

• 10+ years in the waterworks industry.
• 7+ years managing estimating managers.
• 5+ years overseeing multiple states and estimating/pre-bid teams.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads Engineered Valve initiatives within WTP & WWTP markets.
• Directs pre-bid strategies across regions with Sales Managers.
• Guides pricing strategy and negotiations for new product lines.
• Supports proposals, leads training for pre-bid and estimating teams.
• Identifies and pursues profitable business relationships to grow product initiatives.
