Job summary

This role focuses on growing the Engineered Valve product group within the WTP & WWTP market, collaborating with sales teams to pursue opportunities and develop leads.

You will direct pre-bid strategies across regions, work with account and sales executives, and help deliver best‑in‑class material scope proposals. Expect travel 20–50% as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in waterworks industry.
• 7+ years directing estimating managers.
• 5+ years managing multiple states and estimating/pre-bid teams.

Responsibilities

• Develops training support for Pre-Bid and Estimating teams.
• Meets with regional sales leaders to implement improvements.
• Determine market opportunities and align products across territories.
• Develops market strategies and sales goals for vendor partners.
• Provide direction for new product line viability and pricing strategies.
• Provide project management support where necessary.
