CVS Health is seeking a DPS Operations Leader to drive performance initiatives and provider experience across the DPS service line. You will lead a team of associates, define KPIs, and collaborate with Product, Operations and Client Success to optimize processes and outcomes.

The role emphasizes analytics, staffing, and an enterprise-wide culture of high performance, safety and quality, with travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 7–10 years of relevant leadership experience (healthcare preferred).
• 5–7 years stakeholder management experience with data-driven storytelling.
• Experience in performance improvement or project management.
• On-call escalation point for provider issues, including holidays/weekends.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% if not in the DFW metro.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and KPI reporting abilities.
• Ability to balance business needs with ethics and service excellence.

Aufgaben

• Manage a team of associates responsible for daily operations and provider engagement as it relates to DPS products and services.
• Establish success and productivity metrics, including clearly defined KPIs; hold all team members accountable.
• Develop and maintain documentation of all critical processes.
• Coordinate plans for steady-state transition of new products and services; staffing models.
• Contribute to Operations roadmap and quarterly/annual planning with the VP of DPS Operations.
• Monitor operating metrics trends and partner with Analytics for visibility.
• Promote a high-performing, two-way communications culture with staff participation.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to reduce non-completion rates across CXO, Product, Clinical Success, and Vendor teams.
