Qualifications

• 3+ years in performance marketing with measurable results.

• Ability to forecast, report, and explain impact to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Run and optimize paid campaigns across Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display).
• Own channel budgets and forecasts; manage CAC, ROAS, and efficiency targets.
• Allocate spend across markets, channels, and audiences for growth and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Analytics to measure, attribute, and take action on insights.
• Test new hypotheses, tactics, and partnerships to unlock scalable growth.
