Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager to lead digital laboratory transformation initiatives, spanning scientific informatics, data, automation, and AI to deliver measurable client impact. You will architect end-to-end engagements, responsible for scope, estimates, and execution, while guiding multi-disciplinary teams and maintaining strong client relationships.

Required are 8+ years in scientific informatics with R&D/QC manufacturing exposure, a Bachelor’s in Life Science or CS/Engineering, and

Qualifications

• 8+ years in scientific and laboratory informatics in R&D and/or QC manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Laboratory Science / Life Science or Computer Science / Engineering.
• 4+ years of consulting experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and both verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver digital laboratory transformation initiatives spanning informatics, data, automation, and AI to deliver measurable client impact.
• Architect and oversee end-to-end delivery of engagements, including solution design, estimates, scope, and execution.
• Drive program outcomes aligned to defined goals and value realization.
• Quantify and clearly articulate business value and outcomes generated by solutions.
• Proactively manage delivery execution, including risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder reporting.
• Own client outcomes, including accountability for contractual commitments, delivery quality, and client satisfaction.
• Travel - candidates must be willing to travel up to 50% to client locations.
