Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager to lead cross-functional teams delivering digital laboratory transformation initiatives in science and tech. You will architect end-to-end engagements, drive program outcomes, manage risks, and maintain strong client relationships. Travel up to 50% to client locations.

Requirements include 8+ years in scientific informatics or R&D spaces and a bachelor’s in a relevant field. Preferred: consulting experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in scientific and laboratory informatics, R&D or QC manufacturing spaces.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Laboratory Science / Life Science or Computer Science/Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape digital laboratory transformation initiatives spanning informatics, data, automation and AI.
• Architect and oversee end-to-end delivery of engagements including solution design, estimates, scope and execution.
