Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager to lead digital laboratory transformation initiatives, spanning informatics, data, automation, and AI to deliver measurable client impact. You will architect end-to-end engagements, define scope, and drive value realization.

You will manage delivery risks, shape client vision, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, while contributing to business development and practice growth across scientific domains.

Qualifications

• 8+ Years of experience in scientific and laboratory informatics, within R&D and/or QC Manufacturing spaces.
• Preferred Qualifications: 4+ years of consulting.
• Experience in life sciences R&D, QC, or IT; contracting work; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver strategy and implementation projects for digital laboratory operations.
• Architect and oversee end-to-end delivery including design, estimates, scope, and execution.
• Drive program outcomes and quantify business value; manage risks and stakeholders.
• Build client relationships, influence senior leaders, and contribute to business development.
