Job summary

The role requires 6+ years in scientific informatics, and a Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, CS, or Engineering, plus consulting experience. Travel up to 50% is expected; strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in scientific and laboratory informatics, R&D or QC manufacturing spaces.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Laboratory Science / Life Science or Computer Science or Engineering.
• 2+ years of consulting experience.
• Experience in life sciences R&D, QC, or IT.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape digital laboratory transformation initiatives spanning informatics, data, automation, and AI to deliver client impact.
• Analyze and redesign lab business processes; define product requirements, use cases, and user stories.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of engagements including solution design, estimates, scope, and execution.
• Drive program outcomes aligned to defined goals and value realization.
• Proactively manage delivery risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder reporting.
• Own client outcomes including accountability for contractual commitments, delivery quality, and satisfaction.
