Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager to lead cross-functional teams on digital laboratory transformation projects spanning informatics, data, automation and AI. You will design and oversee end-to-end engagements, drive value realization, and maintain client relationships while guiding delivery quality and risk management.

Role requires 8+ years in scientific informatics or related fields, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a laboratory science, life science, computer science or engineering field.
4+ years of consulting experience preferred.
Experience with life sciences R&D, QC or IT is a plus.
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver strategy and implementation projects.
Architect end-to-end delivery including design, estimates, scope, and execution.
Drive program outcomes aligned to defined goals and value realization.
Articulate business value and outcomes of solutions.
Manage delivery risks, issues, dependencies and reporting.
Own client outcomes and maintain contractual commitments.
Shape client vision and strategic roadmaps across people, process, tech, and data.
