Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager to lead cross-functional teams delivering digital laboratory transformation initiatives. You will shape end-to-end delivery, including solution design, estimates, and execution, while driving measurable client impact in scientific informatics, data, automation, and AI.

You will build strong client relationships, provide strategic roadmap guidance, and contribute to business development, with travel up to 50% to client locations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in scientific and laboratory informatics focused on R&D and/or QC manufacturing environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a Laboratory Science / Life Science or Computer Science or Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape digital laboratory transformation initiatives spanning informatics, data, automation, and AI to drive measurable client impact.
• Architect and oversee end-to-end delivery of engagements, including solution design and scope.
• Manage delivery execution, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder reporting.
• Grow client relationships and act as trusted advisor to senior leaders.
• Develop thought leadership to differentiate Accenture’s practice in digital lab solutions.
