Accenture in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager to lead cross-functional teams on digital laboratory operations and scientific intelligence initiatives. You will architect end-to-end engagements, manage delivery quality, and shape client strategy across people, process, technology, and data.

Travel up to 50% to client locations is required. The role demands 8+ years in scientific informatics or related fields and a Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, chemistry, biology or engineering,

Qualifications

• 8+ years in scientific and laboratory informatics within R&D and/or QC Manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Laboratory Science / Life Science or Computer Science or Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape digital laboratory transformation initiatives spanning informatics, data, automation, and AI.
• Architect and oversee end-to-end delivery of engagements including solution design, estimates, scope, and execution.
• Drive program outcomes aligned to defined goals and value realization.
• Quantify and articulate business value and outcomes generated by solutions.
• Proactively manage delivery execution, including risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder reporting.
• Own client outcomes including accountability for contractual commitments and client satisfaction.
• Shape client vision and strategic roadmap across people, process, technology, and data.
