Job summary

Accenture in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager to lead digital laboratory transformation initiatives spanning scientific informatics, data, automation, and AI to deliver measurable client impact.

You will architect end‑to‑end engagements, manage delivery risks, and build strong relationships with Senior Directors and VPs while shaping the client vision and strategic roadmap across people, process, technology, and data.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in scientific and laboratory informatics in R&D/QA manufacturing.
• 4+ years in consulting preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams for digital laboratory transformation initiatives.
• Architect end‑to‑end delivery: design, estimates, scope, execution.
• Drive outcomes aligned to goals and value realization.
• Quantify business value and client outcomes.
• Proactively manage delivery risks, issues, dependencies, and reporting.
• Own client outcomes and contractual commitments; ensure client satisfaction.
• Travel up to 50% to client locations.
