Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager for its Scientific Informatics practice in the United States to lead digital laboratory transformation initiatives. You will guide cross-functional teams across data, automation, and AI to deliver measurable outcomes for clients in R&D and manufacturing.

6+ years of experience in scientific and laboratory informatics within R&D and/or QC manufacturing spaces.
Bachelor’s Degree in a Laboratory Science / Life Science or Computer Science or Engineering.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver digital laboratory transformation initiatives spanning scientific informatics, data, automation, and AI.
Analyze and redesign lab business processes; define product requirements, use cases, and user stories.
Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of engagements, including solution design, estimates, scope, and execution.
Drive program outcomes aligned to defined goals and value realization.
Proactively manage delivery execution, including risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder reporting.
Own client outcomes, including accountability for contractual commitments, delivery quality, and client satisfaction.
Travel - candidates must be willing to travel up to 50% to client locations.
