Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager to lead cross-functional teams delivering digital laboratory transformation projects for clients in the life sciences sector. You will shape strategy, oversee end-to-end delivery, and articulate business value from lab informatics, data, automation and AI initiatives.

You will drive program outcomes, manage risks, and maintain client relationships while guiding multi-disciplinary teams toward measurable results and ongoing value realization.

Qualifications

• 8+ Years of experience in scientific and laboratory informatics within R&D or QC manufacturing spaces.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Laboratory Science / Life Science or Computer Science or Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver strategy and implementation projects for digital laboratory operations and scientific intelligence.
• Architect and oversee end-to-end delivery including solution design, estimates, scope, and execution.
• Drive program outcomes aligned to defined goals and value realization.
• Quantify and articulate business value and outcomes generated by solutions.
• Proactively manage delivery execution, including risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder reporting.
• Own client outcomes including accountability for contractual commitments, delivery quality, and client satisfaction.
• Shape client vision and strategic roadmap across people, process, technology, and data.
• Lead and support business development and pursue opportunities.
