Job summary

Henkel, a leader in adhesives technologies, seeks a Senior Digital Commerce Manager to optimize and grow its US digital commerce ecosystem across B2B/B2C channels. You’ll own website operations, SEO, marketplace performance, and partnerships with Amazon and other platforms, aligning with Marketing, Sales and IT to deliver a superior customer experience.

You’ll drive revenue growth, optimize conversions, and implement AI-enabled marketing and automation where applicable, while managing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business, or a related field.
5+ years of B2B/B2C ecommerce and digital growth experience.
Proven track record managing ecommerce platforms, SEO programs, and digital customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Drive performance, optimization, and strategic evolution of Henkel's digital commerce ecosystem.
Own website operations, SEO, and marketplace performance to support growth.
Lead 3rd party ecommerce (Amazon) capabilities with distribution partners.
Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, IT to ensure a seamless digital experience.
Manage health and performance of the B2B eCommerce platform and regional partners.
Oversee end-to-end website operations, governance, and optimization initiatives.
Monitor platform stability, functionality, and customer experience.
Partner with development teams on feature planning and digital transformation.
