Responsibilities

• Drive performance and optimization of Henkel's digital commerce ecosystem
• Own website operations and customer journey improvements
• Lead 3rd party eCommerce capabilities (Amazon) in the region
• Bridge Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, IT for a seamless digital experience
• Oversee health and performance of the B2B eCommerce platform
• Manage end-to-end governance and optimization initiatives
• Monitor platform stability, functionality, and customer experience
• Collaborate with development teams and partners on features and roadmap
• Implement self-service capabilities and post-purchase enhancements
• Align content with SEO objectives and customer acquisition goals
• Oversee sales, profitability, and account health across digital channels
• Develop marketplace growth strategies and monitor pricing/promotions/content
