Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in Market Strategy, Business Development, Product Management, Strategic Marketing, Application engineering, Sales Leadership, or Industry Consulting.
• Strong analytical capabilities with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and large datasets.
• Ability to transform complex data into actionable executive insights.
• Experience developing and executing growth strategies.
• Experience with market sizing (TAM/SAM/SOM) and Voice of Customer.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of the target vertical market ecosystem, value chain, applications, and customer needs.
• Conduct TAM, SAM, and SOM assessments for opportunities.
• Scout emerging industries/technologies for growth opportunities and recommend new markets or platforms.
• Build relationships with OEMs, integrators, contractors, consultants, and distributors.
• Conduct voice-of-customer interviews to identify unmet needs and growth opportunities.
• Represent Henkel at industry conferences and events; translate insights into opportunity pipelines.
• Develop business cases and growth recommendations to inform investments.
• Identify scalable applications and solutions to drive sustainable growth across customers and segments.
• Influence innovation priorities, product roadmaps, and technology development initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, and global teams to execute growth strategies.
• Present updates to NAMEX Leadership Team on progress and growth.
