You will drive plans to meet sales targets, lead a small team, and partner with Marketing, Global Sales, Product and Planning to deliver impactful activations.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and analytical skills, with a focus on growth across dynamic digital channels.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of digital/ecommerce experience in a consumer brand context.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to own projects from strategy to execution with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Co‑develop annual digital strategy and channel vision for key platforms.
• Drive short/long‑term plans to meet budget and KPIs.
• Lead cross‑functional relationships to execute 360 activations.
• Oversee on‑platform merchandising, campaigns and inventory planning.
• Provide weekly sales recaps and ad‑hoc reports with insights.
