Job summary

Onity Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Servicing to lead a team of Asset and Portfolio Managers handling CRE loans, including CBMS, debt fund, and SFR portfolios.

The role reports to the Director of Commercial Servicing Operations and requires partnering with multiple business units to drive reporting and asset management excellence. The ideal candidate will manage escalations, ensure contract compliance, and oversee cross-functional initiatives while optimizing servicing

Qualifications

• Four year degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 12 years of CRE loan servicing experience, with 1–2 years in a leadership role.
• Deep understanding of CRE loan life cycle and reporting requirements (CMBS, RMBS, SFR).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to train and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated items with external clients and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Monitor team performance and reporting to meet client and contract expectations.
• Lead staffing, training, and development of onshore and offshore teams.
• Ensure contract compliance and provide training across servicing terms and PSA/TSA/SSA agreements.
• Manage multiple servicing systems and produce client-ready reports for investors.
