Job summary

Onity is seeking a Senior Asset Manager, Commercial Servicing to proactively monitor CRE loan portfolios, serve as the primary contact for borrowers and investors, and mentor Asset Managers.

This role focuses on loan covenant enforcement, insurance compliance, financial analysis, delinquency resolution, and timely escalation. You will work with internal teams, supervise data integrity in servicing systems, and help optimize investor reporting.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree from an accredited University preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of CRE loan servicing experience.
• 1–2 years in a leadership position preferred.
• Familiarity with the CRE loan life cycle from onboarding through Mortgage Satisfaction.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical proficiency.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for the borrower, investor, related third parties, and internal units to resolve inquiries and servicing functions.
• Monitor and enforce loan covenants, review rent rolls and financial statements, and ensure data integrity.
• Coach team members on CRE loan document interpretation and provide training on complex assets.
• Lead client calls and meetings reviewing loan performance and investor reporting.
• Prepare write-ups and recommendations for borrower requests and ensure quality control.
