Onity Group Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Asset Manager for CRE servicing. You will act as primary contact for borrowers and investors, oversee portfolios, and mentor Asset Managers while delivering best-in-class service.

The role requires 8+ years CRE loan servicing experience, leadership experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook. A four-year degree is preferred. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package and performance-based bonus.

Qualifikationen

• Four year degree from an accredited University preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of CRE loan servicing experience required, 1–2 years in a leadership position preferred.
• Familiarity with the full CRE loan life cycle from onboarding through Mortgage Satisfaction.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, CoPilot, and other information processing programs.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is considered a plus.
• Self-motivated and works independently.
• Ability to perform complex calculations using calculators and systems is required.
• Ability to reason and exercise sound judgment.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
• Outstanding communications skills (verbal, written and listening), with emphasis on customer service, professional relationship building, conflict resolution, and difficult conversations.
• Previous experience with REALSynergy servicing system is considered a plus.

Aufgaben

• Act as the primary contact for borrowers, investors, related third parties, and internal units to resolve inquiries and servicing functions.
• Maintain professionalism during all interactions.
• Initiate difficult conversations while maintaining best-in-class customer service.
• Handle escalated items during difficult conversations.
• Quality control of loan boarding against loan documents for accuracy.
• Coach team members on CRE loan document interpretation.
• Identify and monitor loan covenants for borrower compliance.
• Monitor Letters of Credit for expiration.
• Interpret and work with large data sets.
• Expert monitoring of escrow and reserve functions within CRE.
• Work within a CRE loan servicing system and maintain data integrity.
• Read and monitor rent rolls, financial statements, inspections, and other documents to address performance issues.
• Lead client calls/meetings reviewing loan performance issues.
• Review loan draws for accuracy and construction/renovation schedules; train Asset Managers for complex draws.
• Prepare reporting packages for investors.
