Job summary

Onity Group Inc. is seeking a Manager to lead a CRE servicing team, overseeing Asset and Portfolio Managers and ensuring compliance with investor guidelines and servicing obligations.

You will manage escalations, drive process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support contractual requirements and reporting. Strong leadership and CRE loan experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of CRE loan servicing experience required.
• Leadership experience in a management role.
• Ability to interpret servicing agreements and ensure contract compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex Borrower and Investor matters, managing relationships with Borrowers, Investors, Master Servicers, and third-party stakeholders.
• Lead and support a team of Asset Managers and Portfolio Managers, providing training, guidance, and oversight.
• Analyze portfolio trends and servicing metrics to identify risks and opportunities; present recommendations to senior management.
• Prepare and review management reports, portfolio summaries, and team performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with servicing agreements and investor guidelines; coordinate cross-functionally for system enhancements.
• Facilitate monthly Watchlist meetings and assist in special projects and reporting requirements.
