Job summary

Onity Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Servicing to lead a team of Asset Managers and Portfolio Managers overseeing Commercial Real Estate loans, including CBMS, debt fund, and SFR loan types.

You will hire, train, and evaluate staff, manage escalations for investors and borrowers, and coordinate with other units for reporting and system enhancements. The role requires deep CRE servicing knowledge, strong leadership across onshore/offshore teams, and adherence to investor

Qualifications

Requires 12+ years CRE loan servicing experience.
Minimum 1–2 years in a leadership role.
Experience with CMBS, RMBS, SFR portfolio loans and/or CREFC reporting preferred.
High attention to detail and strong communication.
Ability to train and develop staff.

Responsibilities

Resolve escalated items with external clients while maintaining service quality.
Monitor client reporting for timing and data accuracy.
Oversee staffing, training, and performance management of the team.
Ensure contract compliance across the Servicing Team and other units.
Coordinate with other departments for system enhancements and reporting needs.
