Job summary

Onity Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Servicing to lead a team of Asset and Portfolio Managers overseeing CRE loans including CBMS, debt fund, and SFR loans.

You will hire, train, and evaluate staff, manage escalated items for Investors and Borrowers, and ensure compliance with servicing guidelines across multiple platforms. You will collaborate with investor clients, monitor portfolio risk, develop reporting, and guide interdepartmental projects.

Qualifications

• Four year degree from an accredited University preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 12 years of CRE loan servicing experience required, 1–2 years in a leadership position required, 4–5 years in a leadership position preferred.
• Full understanding of the full CRE loan life cycle from onboarding through Mortgage Satisfaction.
• Prior experience with CMBS, RMBS, SFR Portfolio loans, and/or CREFC reporting requirements.
• Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, CoPilot, and other information processing programs.
• Outstanding communications skills (verbal, written and listening).

Responsibilities

• Oversee Customer Service: resolve escalated items with external clients and monitor reporting accuracy.
• Lead Team Building: manage staffing, training, and engagement across onshore and offshore teams.
• Manage Contract Compliance: review terms, ensure adherence, and train other units on reporting and PSA/TSA/SSA servicing agreements.
• System Management: work across multiple servicing systems, understand table structures, and communicate reporting needs.
• Handle other duties: adapt to requests, prioritize tasks, prepare investor presentations.
