Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management.
• Nine (9) years or more in the Distribution, Warehousing and/or Manufacturing, Transportation, Supply Chain Logistics industry.
• Lean Six Sigma, PDCA, Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen knowledge.
• Expertise with Lean tools and data analysis for operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of CI engineers and quality professionals; hire, coach and manage performance.
• Lead strategy development, scorecarding and KPI action plans.
• Provide training and mentorship on Ryder Business System concepts and lean methods.
• Develop competencies in engineering methods, data analytics and lean tools.
• Facilitate Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen events and track transformational outcomes.
• Oversee CI initiatives across multiple accounts and ensure sustainment.
