Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager to lead CI engineering and quality professionals across multiple sites. You will drive change using data analytics, lean methods, and engineering tools to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth.

You will partner with senior leadership to set strategy, develop KPIs, and deliver sustainment through coaching, training, and standardized processes. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role within Ryder's CI culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain) is required.
• Nine+ years in Distribution, Warehousing, Manufacturing, Transportation, or Supply Chain Logistics are expected.
• Proven Lean Six Sigma, PDCA, and cross-functional leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of CI engineering and quality professionals and manage performance.
• Develop strategy, KPI action plans, and site assessments to drive dramatic improvements.
• Coach owners in Engineering, Data Analysis, and Lean methods for sustainable gains.
• Facilitate Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen Events, and CI projects across accounts.
